Terms and conditions

Grove is a social classroom about hemp: lessons, a live hall, and notes from members. By using Grove, including creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Adults only

Grove is for people 21 and older. It is education. It is not medical advice, not a clinic, and not a prescription. Do not use a lesson or a note to start, stop, or change a medicine. Talk to a clinician about your health.

Not a store

Grove is not a storefront. Nothing posted here is an offer to sell, trade, or ship cannabis. Members do not sell to each other. Do not post a phone number, a code, or a cart to arrange a sale.

What stays off Grove

No guns or other weapons. No sexual content. No violence. No cure claims. Staff can hide a post and ban an account that breaks these rules. You can report, block, and mute.

Your account and your notes

You are responsible for your sign-in. You keep ownership of what you write. You give Grove permission to store it, show it to members, and remove it if it breaks these terms. You can delete your own notes.

No warranty

Grove is provided as is. Plant science and the law both change. A lesson can be incomplete. Check the source, and check the rules where you live. To the extent the law allows, Grove is not liable for decisions you make from a note, a lesson, or a live session.

Changes

These terms can be updated. The date at the top of this page is the version in force. If you keep using Grove after an update, you accept the new terms.

Privacy

Grove stores what it needs to run the classroom and keep the room safe. It does not sell your information.

  • Account details you give at sign-in, such as your name, email, and password.
  • Notes, replies, follows, saves, and reports you make.
  • Lesson progress, XP, diamonds, and a record that you confirmed you are 21 or older. Those stay with the account.
  • On this device only: your path and check-in days, until you clear the browser.

That information is used to show your notes, your progress, and the live hall, and to enforce the safety rules. Grove does not use it to advertise to you.

These are the rules of the service. They are not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer. Back home
